Paulo Lara, M.A., is a court-certified Portuguese–English interpreter and translator with over 14 years of experience in legal, medical, corporate, and creative settings. Certified in Florida, California, Colorado, and Louisiana, he holds a Master’s degree in Languages and Communication and works across courtrooms, depositions, conferences, and translation projects nationwide. Paulo founded Words for Humankind to bring precision, professionalism, and cultural fluency to every assignment — one word, one voice, one human at a time.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Marisel is a trilingual Marketing and Communications Specialist with 14+ years of experience leading marketing departments for major brands including Simon Property Group and Orlando International Premium Outlets. She brings world-class marketing strategy, digital expertise, and a deep passion for literacy and family connection to Words for Humankind - and co-hosts Words & Wonder alongside her son Andre.

At just 12 years old, André Lara is one of the youngest voices in the Words & Wonder podcast family. An aspiring astrophysicist with a passion for science and discovery, he began his journey on Camita Time at age 7—sharing stories, insights, and his unique perspective on growing up in a multilingual, multicultural household. Known for his thoughtful curiosity and depth, André embodies the heart of our mission: nurturing the next generation of thinkers, storytellers, and bridge-builders.
